Volunteer Terms
Competitive swimming relies on volunteers to make every meet possible. Each session of a swim meet requires approximately 40 volunteers on deck, with many more contributing behind the scenes in the days and weeks leading up to the competition.
We need volunteers to help run both the meets we host and the meets we attend. As the largest swim club in Nova Scotia, our swimmers typically make up 30–50% of participants at local competitions. With that level of participation comes a shared responsibility to help ensure meets run smoothly and successfully.
By registering, you are accepting your commitment under our Volunteer & Officiating Participation Policy. Please read the full policy here.
